The Australian Polocrosse National Championships

The Australian Polocrosse National Championships are played every two years on a rotational basis around the seven States and Territories.
A state hosts the competition on behalf of the Polocrosse Association of Australia.

The 2010 Australian Polocrosse Nationals will be held at Ballarat, Victoria
from 22nd to 28th March 2010

Ballarat is only 100km from Melbourne and the Ballarat Polocrosse Grounds are located 1km off the Western Freeway
and 7km north-west of the city. Ballarat has grown to be one of the best polocrosse facilities in Victoria, boasting seven championship fields that have been laser levelled, top-dressed with sand, sown with kikuyu and are fully irrigated.

Please note: * Juniors U12 and Masters Women competitions have been cancelled (as at 15 August 2009).
* Challenge Cup Men's competition has been cancelled (as at 5th December 2009).
* Queensland will be competing in 10 Divisions.
* There will be a U12 Sub Junior "exhibition" team from Queensland.

Horse Movement into Victoria

Free movement between all states as of the 1st of July 2008. VHEDS no longer required for entry into Vic from NSW and QLD.

UNIFORM REGULATIONS for QUEENSLAND REPRESENTATIVE
PLAYERS, COACHES AND MANAGERS

It is compulsory that the Queensland Polocrosse Uniform Regulations are adhered to at all times while representing the state.

.... The Uniform Regulation protocols changed as at 1st May 2009 ....

All blazers must now have the Maltese Cross on the pocket, not the map of Queensland.

The 2008 Australian Polocrosse Nationals - Perth

... were held from 13th to 19th October 2008
and were hosted by the Perth Polocrosse Club.
The venue was the State Equestrian Centre, Brigadoon
in the heart of the picturesque Swan Valley.
