The Player Fees include both Association Membership Fees & Insurance Cover.
It is compulsory to be insured before mounting a horse at any polocrosse event in Queensland.

UPGRADES |
Casual, Pony Club & Trial players can upgrade to Fully Registered Players by paying the difference.
NOTE: Casual players upgrading will incur an EXTRA $20 administration fee. |

CASUAL PLAYERS |
1 Carnival per year and 2 practices. |

PONY CLUB JUNIORS |
Under 16 & must be registered with the Pony Club Association of Qld.
Allowed 2 Carnivals & 2 Practice / Coaching days at no cost. After this if they wish to continue playing polocrosse, they must join a Polocrosse Club. |

REMOTE PLAYER INCENTIVE |
Applies to Far North, Central West and Outback Zones only. Conditions: 3 home zone events only. Maximum of 3 events ($150). Not eligible to apply for state selection. Not able to play outside their home zone. If player wants to play outside their zone or play any additional carnivals they can't upgrade - must pay the full applicable player fee. |

SOCIAL MEMBERS |
It is a condition of our insurance policy that social members must be covered and MUST pay a minimum of $1.00. Social members fees
are retained by the club. ALL Social Members details MUST be sent through to the QPA on a Registration Form. |

FAMILY DISCOUNT |
10% discount still applies to families [ie: any 3 full paying members of the one family (Senior, Intermediate & Junior only), but they MUST be paid together.] |

NEW QPA BY-LAW [effective 2009] |
Any Polocrosse Club found playing unregistered players will be stood down until after the next tornament in their Zone, or penalized $500. This By Law is a direct result of Clubs allowing unregistered, uninsured players to play the sport. |
