USEFUL INFORMATION ****
Ambulance
Queensland Ambulance will be in attendance on the grounds for the duration of play each day.
Player Ambulance fee will be included in gate entry fee (see below).
Australian Stock Horse Awards
ASH awards will be judged during the weekend.
To be eligible to enter you MUST produce the ASH Registration number for the horse and it's full ASH registered name.
Details will be confirmed with the Australian Stock Horse Society.
Camping
Camping areas have been allocated to clubs ............. Site plan -- map of grounds -- club camping sites..... Click here
Campers will be directed to their designated areas on arrival at the grounds.
Catering
Bar and canteen will be operating from Wednesday afternoon. Good food and cold drinks will be available all weekend at the canteen.
Full catering for evening meals also - see 'meals' below.
Competition/Grades
Competition will be in all grades of Open and Junior competition and
Mixed competition.
Horse & Rider awards will be judged in each grade.
Australian Stock Horse awards will also be judged.

A popular entertainer who plays at numerous hotels in Toowoomba.
Player Entry fees
Adults - $30 for 3 days
Children under 16 - $15 for 3 days
Children under 5 - free
Fees include player Ambulance fee
Facilities
Plenty of hot showers will be available. Sponsor "Adelt's" will provide portable luxury loo's and 20 showers.
The water has been upgraded, so no pressure problems now.
Feed Delivery
Riverina Stockfeeds, Oakey
will have supplies of feed and
grain available on the grounds for the duration of the event.

Meals
Wednesday night - BBQ (steak & salad - $10)
Thursday night - Sausage sizzle & wedges - $2
Friday night - Steak/chicken, vegies, dessert - $15
Saturday night - catered for (Smorgasbord style and dessert) - $25 [Limited numbers - please book]
All catering will be from the bar/canteen, except Saturday night which will be at the Pavilion.
Powered Sites
Not Available. No power for public use.
If you want power you will need to supply your own generator, or hire one and have it delivered to your site.
Team Nominations
Nominations are due to the QPA office by 5pm on Friday August 28th, 2009.
Nominations are to be submitted on the standard form now in use.

Trade Sites
Trade sites will be operating over the course of the week-end.
Any businesses interested in running a stall or advertising at the event are welcome to contact us prior to the event.
Umpire Horses
Some Umpire horses will be available, but please supply your own if you are able.
Vet
A Veterinarian will be in attendance on the grounds during the event.

A copy of Waybills will be collected on entry to the grounds. These MUST be handed in at the gate.
Weather
It is usually
pleasant spring weather during the days in early September, starting off a bit cool,
but warming to mid 20’s during the day.
However, you can still expect the nights to be
quite cold!
Yards
Horse yards will not be held for any club.
Only a limited number of horse yards are available, so please bring panels.
It is prefered that horse yards are not erected within the designated camping areas.
